After seven years break she will be returning to Indian television in Sony TV show Itna Naa Karo Mujhe Pyaar.Produced by Balaji Telefilms,She is playing the lead role (Ragini Patel) opposite Ronit Roy (Dr Nachiket) in the serial.Pallavi had done various daily soaps which include,Kya Hadsaa Kya Haqeeqat,Kehta Hai Dil,Vaidehi and many more. She has also play a role in hindi film Arjun Pandit and Kranti.Pallavi's last serial was‘Vaidehi’.
Pallavi get married with Mihir Nerurkar he is into real estate.
