Paridhi Sharma is an Indian television actress. She is playing the lead role of Rajkumari Jodha Bai in Zee t.v. serial Jodha Akbar.Early Life and Education:- Paridhi was born in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. She received a degree in Business Management from Prestige Institute of Management and Research Indore, and finished her MBA from Pune.
Career:- After completing MBA from Pune, she realised that marketing was not her cup of tea. In an interview, she said - When people would ask me ‘Why marketing’, the answers I would give were not from my heart. Mujhe bahut fake interviews dene pad rahe thay. I found acting to be the best medium to portray myself." She laterI went to Mumbai, started struggling, and meanwhile, also did a lot of theatre.
She began her acting career in 2010 with the television serial Tere Mere Sapne. Later, she appeared in the serial Ruk Jaana Nahin. Ekta Kapoor is said to have gone through as many as 7000 audition entries in the course of a nationwide hunt spanning 8 months before she gave her final nod of approval to Sharma to play Jodha in her historical drama Jodha Akbar.
Personal Life:- Parishi is married to Tanmay Saxena.
